Question

Well, there's some little wormy-type things crawling out of the bottom of my Visor's screen. I purchased it from Staples and it is covered by both the Staples warranty and the Handspring warranty. What should I do to get rid of the worm thingees?

How about returning it at Staples?
I never heard of anything like it and am wondering if this is a VERY early Aprils fools joke

Unhappy Broke your LCD

Sounds like the LCD is broken. I've seen one other unit that looked like little black squiggles under the glass, and it happened after the unit was dropped.

I have just seen the same thing on my months old unit. I thought it might be dust under the glass, like Ipaq users have seen but I have dropped it recently too.

Well, the Staples guys say that it's covered by the warranty. I'm off to find my receipt!
