i had a very strange problem with my mac and multimail, and started a long involved email correspondence with michael from actual soft, and five days, and countless emails later, the problem is resolved. thanks to techs like these guys, dumb stiffs like me can get our kicks.

I beg to differ... I had a problem with the unzip plugin and had exchanged emails with them for over 6 months. They finally gave up saying that they don't have problems and if you still do we don't know how to help you. I finally found the fix myself by upgrading to the latest version of the windows conduit for Multimail. I didn't even know that there was a newer version. And they didn't ask. Multimail is a great program, don't get me wrong. It was just a little frustrating to wait that long for a fix when it was right under our respective noses.
