Outlook Contact folders don't transfer

I've got a Visor Deluxe and have great success with it until recently.

A couple of weeks ago, I created sub-folders within the Contacts folder of Outlook for categories (Friends, Family, Services, etc.) and transferred my contacts into those sub-folders. Now, when I sync with Outlook, those contacts do not show up on my Visor.

Is there anything I can do .... short of
a) just taking all of my contacts out of the sub-folders and putting them in the main Contacts folder?
or
b) doubling my contacts ... putting one in the sub-folder and keeping a duplicate in the Contacts folder?
