How can I get good quality screen shots of my Visor? Is there an emulator to do this? Thank you

I take all my screenshots using POSE, and the Print Screen Buttun. There are hacks that do this right on your visor, but it's too cumbersome compared to just doing it right on my comp. The only reson to use the screenshot hacks is to take screenshots of springboards, or things that can't be emulated.
