Anyone know if it's possible? I got a ton of batteries coming in which have a 650MAH rating and would love to use it with the FullCharge (don't have one yet)

If you're proficient at soldering, it shouldn't be too hard. Since you'll have to buy the FullCharge to get the charger, use the Full Charge battery pack as a template for your modification.

If you're going to have a bunch of AAA NiMH's, it's not that much trouble to swap them out ot charge them, is it?

soldering will not be a problem as my dad has been an electrical engeineer for many years. Anyways i'm using a slipper case and don't want to take it out of the case for just about any reason.

You'd have to punch a couple of holes (or one larger hole) in the back of the case for the charging plug, but that's not a big deal. I have a Slipper case too, but prefer the Rhodiana for the padding and because I've only been able to get the Visor to HotSync in the Slipper once. Otherwise, it's a really nice case. I read somewhere (probably on Visor Central) that Extend Computing is making an adaptor (extension?) for the charging plug that will allow charging on the cradle, so no need to modify the cradle too like I was planning on.

I say go for it.
