I bought my handspring just for that little widget... I'm a bit peeved that I can't find any mention of it anywhere. Did they just decide to not make it? Is there another cellular modem for the handspring? I like the idea of the thincom+ and all but I don't like the idea of have to find a phone jack everytime I want to log on... I might was well use the computer that's more than likely in the same area.

My oh my, you missed all the fun!
You should have seen all the yelling and screaming that went on here when the SixPack was discontinued.
There are a few people who vowed to boycott InnoGear, so upset they were.
If you are interested, you can use the Search funtion to dig up the thread.

There is an optional GSM connectivity kit that you can buy for the xircom springport modem that will allow you to hook up the springboard modem to some GSM phones. Also, some CDMA phones made by Samsung or Motorola have cables sold for them that will link them directly to the visor for wireless internet access. They can be found at www.cables4pdas.com and www.thesupplynet.com.

The ex-sixpak
I too was waiting for the sixpak. Oh well. Now I need to reevaluate my need for modem or voice recording to decide which I need first. Has anyone used the Total Recall for taking meeting minutes?
