We are working on a new section, knowledge center, which will replace the FAQ when it is completed.

The first version of the Knowledge Center is now available at http://www.visorcentral.com/page/0-16-0-16.htm

There is still a lot of content missing, but we are working on it. If you would like to contribute information to the knowledge center, please contact me.

Please post your comments here....

Off to a nice start, Marcus. One good topic to include might be how to extract the Visor's ROM (for the emulator) over USB using PalmDebugger. While not officially sanctioned by either Palm or Handspring, it works and I have seen posts on other boards asking if it can be done. (I refer them to VC's boards, of course.) It's nice to be able to test apps on the emulator before committing my Visor to the possibility of a crash. There is (of course) a lengthy thread here on the VC boards; it would be a matter of boiling down the instructions with the few scattered tips and tweaks and making an "official" instruction sheet.

Great work guys!

Another suggestion for a topic, how to setup your Prism/Platinum to run PQA's.

(also, #1092 "While" is spelled incorrectly")

I would add a link to http://www.STNEcorp.com to #1036. They did a great job of upgrading mine from 2 to 8 meg. for $90.

Pretty Cool.
Whenever you mention software, (I.E. there are 3 hackmaster hacks I know of #1081) you should have the links to the sites HOME pages, but more importatnly you should have excat links. Palmgear is slow!

#1073 is outdated I think. Isn't gleneyre now shipping the standalone activelnk module?

I know this is eventually going to be serachable (I hope)
but you might want to group all the simlir ones together, like Prism, and batteries. To make it easier to browse.

Again link software (1040)

Otherwise pretty good. I think you should add some hotsync tips, (I hate windows 98!) and maybe more deluxe/platinum stuff. (I only see prisim! the majority of people don't have PRISMS!

I would love to help, marcus.. IM me!
