 Question

Hello,

I ordered the FAFileMover application from Kopsis Engineering on Thursday. It is now Sunday and no registration information received. I paid them via PayPal.

I have tried emailing them to all of the usual email adresses and all of them get returned as ID unknown, even their support email address.

So how does one contact them?

You might want to try sending a private message to the entrepreneur behind Kopsis: dkessler. He's a VisorCentral member.

 How Do You Contact Kopsis Engineering?

Well I tried David Kessler's email address at Kopsis, but email to his ID gets rejected also. Now this could be that their server is down for maintenance or something like that.

I am hoping he sees my append on this forum and sends me email.

I appologize for the problems you've been having contacting us. It seems that our ISP may have been having some problems over the weekend that prevented email from getting to us. The problems appear to be resolved, but if you still can't get mail through, you can use our old address: [email protected]

In the meantime, I will look into your registration problem and email you directly when it is resolved.

Just to clarify about sending a private message: notice the icon above each member's post with a "pm" next to it? You can use that to send the member a "private message," which notifies the member at the bottom of the discussion board page that they have X number of messages. In other words, it's different from email.
