Edge display is offset

My Edge's screen is not displaying about 3 vertical lines on the left side. I have tried all 3 types of reset but it hasn't helped. It used to do it not too often but now it stays like that for a couple of days and then decides to go back to normal mode.

Has anyone else had this problem? if yes, how did you fix it?

HS's e-mail support has been terrible so far. They keep telling me to call them and pay $20 even though my unit is under warranty.

Any help/reply would be appreciated!

Lee

I occasionally run into a similar problem on my Platinum where 1 line across the top gets cut off. The last time it happened was just after I had taken it apart to investigate the source of something rattling around in my Platinum. Took it apart again, reseated the cable connecting the screen to the motherboard and it was fine after that.

If you're brave, you might want to try something similar and see if it helps.

Thanks! That may do the trick. I'm just afraid that if I open it, it will be a breach of Warranty and HS won't fix it should I have any problems in the future (or so they say...). UGHH!
