Called Devian to place an order for their Zip Case Deluxe DVP3 ( Website does not allow on line ordering, should have been a clue!) The first person never heard of Visor or Handspring, the next day another rep allowed that yes he had heard of them, but couldn't I just order a Palm III or V case or maybe an Everex or IBM workpad cause they had those. Said I could call their office tomorrow, no 800 number available.

I looked at Fossil's offering, but bought a Landware zip case for $19.95. I'll let you know how I like it.

I bought the Devian DVP3 case, on their 800 number and, as instructed on their website, I bought the one for the Palm III.

Very pleased withthe case though I too was amazed by the ignorance of their customer service people.

They forgot to enter my order and finaly sent it "overnite" for free. I put it in quote because thats what they said but in reality it came 2nd day.

Anyway, it is a very good case and serves my needs very very well.
