Question MusicMatch Jukebox and Minijam

I just purchased the Minijam and I must say, I love it! I am trying to use MusicMatch to transfer my MP3s, but all I get are fatal errors toward the end of the transfer (on my Prism). I have updated MusicMatch with the newest plugin, thinking this would resolve this issue. Has anyone else run into this problem?

I have also, but I don't even bother with it. I just use MJLoader. But I think your problem might be cuz you have the hotsync manager open. Supposedly they have something against each other.

It was a good thought. I have tried closing the hotsync manager and nope, still nothing. I guess I am faced with no other option but to use Mjloader.

Have you looked on their website support page to see if there is any info?

I have searched their website and found nothing. I would like to contact Innogear but I know they won't be of any help.

You will also have problems if the file name of your mp3 is too long, try renaming it to something like , MUSIC.MP3 and see if that loads.

Last time I checked, they didn't have any patches on their website to fix this bug or even acknowledge it, (they must be on auto-pilot, nobody home), (but I seldom go there these days). There may be one up there now.. I don't really know.
