Modem Scripts?

Anyone know how to write modem scripts? I am trying to access my cable modem ISP via dialup, they provided a script but I can't download it into my PDA, different format. I am trying to translate it into my PDA via the "Network" screen using the supplied PDA commands. Can anyone help?
I can provide supplied file from ISP.
