For those who have received optimized visors, have you noticed any previous use?

I got my optimized visor, and it had a small scratch on the screen, and some smudging.

Did i get a refurbished unit? I had my visor for a year and kept the screen perfect with protection, but now i trade it in and have to live with a 1/8' scratch right in the middele???

gerumble!

My Treo 600 is my phone, my PDA, my watch, and my MP3 player. Oh yeah, I take a picture once in a while with it. Convergence is such a great thing.

I've heard of other poeple say that HS will exchange your refurb for a new one if there is a defect. You may want to check.

I got my optimized DX yesterday and it is definately a refurb--the black paint on the screw heads is scratched off. I also think that if you see blue marking inside the battery compartment, as mine does, then you just might have a refurb. I've also had other replacements with this minor detail that was not present on new ones.
