I work in an office where everyone keeps an excel spreadsheet as a calender and posts them to a network folder so we can keep track of each other. I know this is silly, but they have done this for years and are not going to change.

If I keep all my appointments in my Visor's
datebook how can I convert the datebook .dat or the .dba file to a format that others in my office can view? Otherwise I will have to use datebook and a portable excel editor and double enter all my appointments.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!

If your office uses Outlook for email you can import and export the Outlook Calendar to Excel. This would allow you to hotsynch with the Outlook Calendar and then export it to Excel.
