When I last hotsynced my visor deluxe, I got a fatal error message with a rest button at the bottom. When I tapped "Reset" it took me to the Palm Computing Platform page that you get when you reset. I can't get my visor off this page! I've tried everything that I can think of but it won't work. I've tried soft and hard- resets and neither work. Someone please help me!!!

I've been stuck at this screen too. Have you been HotSyncing lately? If you have, I have a solution to the 'stuck at Palm' screen: you can warm reset [hold up button, reset], or if that doesn't work, take out the batteries for ten minutes or so. After that, HotSync your stuff back in!
