Angry

My Visor is having serious trouble HotSyncing. As soon as it completes the sync, I get an error message, then it tries to sync again. It continues to do this endlessly, even if I cancel the sync. In order to make it stop I have to do a warm reset.
Then, as if that weren't enough, the Visor will wake itself up and continually attempt to Sync to my computer, but it isn't sitting in the cradle. I've been through two sets of batteries this week!

Does anybody have any help for this poor lost user? I'm using a Serial Cradle and syncing with Windows NT. My wife has a Visor as well and she has no problems at all with the same setup and using NT as well.

I'm assuming that on performing the warm reset you are choosing to disable any Hacks when prompted. If not, try doing so. BTW, what is the error message? If you've recently added any new applications, try deleting them, and do another warm reset. Also, ensure that you aren't running any apps with known Visor issues, and disable any offending apps (see - http://www.visorcentral.com/silindex.php3 )

If you lose patience with all this, you can always try a hard reset. If you decide to go this route, I hope you've got a good backup of your data . . .
