Question Outlook Express Misbehaving

Outlook Express has just recently started not behaving I used to do a email
check during a sync. Now however I get Outlook (not outlook express) popping
up telling me that hotsync is trying to access outlook's address book.

Does anyone else get this?
I use Outlook Express 6
Outlook 2000

yeah, its a new "security feature". notice show few outlook-spreaded viruses there are nowdays?(sarcasm)

and i highly doubt this happens when syncing a pocket pc...
