I don't recall ever seeing any definitive shipping dates for the new Palms, but Franklin Covey's website http://www.franklincovey.com says their m500 will "begin shipping" on April 26, and the m505 on May 10.
They also have the m100 for $99 after some rebate...
(I'm actually on their website looking for a case/binder.)
