I thrive on pressure...
Actually, it's kind of an honor to have been selected to be a moderator. The entire VisorCentral "experience" has been enlightening. I also feel really important now. As for the informative part, well, I guess I've got all of you fooled... (exactly who is diddly squat?)
And my public congratulations to Hoser and Toolkit as well!

HOW did you find out?!?!?!?! ???
hmmm....methinks there is an 'underground' grapevine.
This is the first time i've ever done anything like this ...infact this is the first online forum i've EVER been part of...(and i've been on the internet since '93....i remember those 'telnet' days) so i'm learning as i go.
Thanks for the comments though...i told my girlfriend/fiance/intended (what DO you call them when they have a ring with a rock but haven't been to the church yet...fiancee sounds odd) and she looked at me and the first words out of her mouth was "THAT'S MY geek!" So i'd like to thank Visorcentral for allowing her to make comments like that....
Like you matty, we discuss things at home aswell and she knows of many of you. She has her own visor and loves it but just can't get the hang of 'discussing' it with others. Some questions i've asked on this board in the past have been problems she's had with her visor.
All in all, i'm honoured for being asked.
(wow i feel like i just gave a speech at the emmy's or oscars....or <fill in blank here> )
Now off to see the NFL preview for today...GO RAVENS!

Hahaha. Well, I'm the one that keeps the front page from going stale.

Thank you for your kind words! In my first weekend as a moderator I didn't have much time to moderate much.... The Olympics are taking too much of my time, it is hard living in sydney nowadays
I'm glad, MarkEagle and Hoser are watching my back
luckily we have a very nice audience so we don't need to interfere much (except when certain people start to talk about certain patents )
CU all around...

Ha,Ha...now you should have plenty of time to work on that software section. Or, better yet, delegate!
