Hi all,
Total newbie. Just got my visor today, and there seems to be a streak or something going all the way down the left screen. I am wondering if this is normal, or what this is? It looks like it's something with the screen itself. When I looked at others in store, I never noticed this. Input would be much appreciated.

Yes, this seems to be the case. I went to staples to check out other visors, and low and behold, all of them have that streak going down on the left side, and all of their screens were off centered, like mine, but I"ve had alot of fun with it so far. Just didn't like the fact that I waited about two weeks just to get a lemon.
