What am I doing wrong with my Prism + Nokia 8290 wireless connection through an IR port. The phone seems to be communicating with the prism and make the call to the provider. It asks for my password and always give me this authentication failure (0x1233). Does anyone know what Im doing wrong/what this error means. Thanks for your time.

Similar error code

I had the exact same error code and problem with my Visor and Star Tac phone. My problem was easily solved by correcting my user name entry (dyslexia). Sorry but I don't know exactly where your problem lies.
