The folks in toronto don't have them for shipments made yesterday as of 9:30am central time. how do i get this number? are the csr's working today? are they shipping out visor's today?

Yes, they are working and shipping today. The CSR's have no way of getting those numbers at this time. They come directly from HS. Customer Relations only has access to thos numbers AFTER 4:00 p.m. PST of the day they ship.
