Any idea why my Visor sync'd just fine for a while (few hours, just got my Visor today), then now it won't at all, it says it cannot connect to the desktop..

I didn't make any physical changes.. even tried rebooting, no help..

anyone experience this? Wonder if my cradle just stopped working?

Scott

I think I figured out the problem.. think a static electricity shock (you know, touch metal) must have zapped the cradle.. how much a piece of crap is that....

Ugh, now to try to get a replacement cradle from H.S... see if it takes another month..

My Visor did the same exact thing and i posted a message here and a friendly informative person told me to do a soft-reset on my visor. I did.. and it's worked ever since.

yeah I saw that on handspring's tech support page.. worked fine... strange, but great!

I'm a sync'ing fool!! (although at home I'm running Win2000, so I have to go back into win98 to sync)

Handspring - I want my Win2k Cradle drivers!!
