 Unhappy Help ... Memplug with v 1.4 problems !

Pi Developer,

Can you help me? I just got my Memplug with ver 1.3 and it worked fine on my Visor Edge.

When I upgraded to 1.4, I got many Fatal Errors and was forced to do a hard reset. I followed instructions on the web and ran "Eraser" to clear the Flash as I though maybe the flash was corrupt.

I then ran My Module Updater (v1.4) again. I got a message saying "Incompatible with update"

HELP!!! What do I do now? How do I at least get back to V1.3? I checked the www.memplug.com website and couldn't find V1.3 software.

I have attached a picture of the Visor Edge screen after I ran Eraser and tried to run the updater 1.4. Can anyone help?

Look at Step 4 under How to Handle Fatal Error. After you have erased and try to reinstall v1.4, you have to press down the "Page Down" button (don't release it) as you click the Update Now button. That is what allows you to force the update. If you don't hold down that button, it won't even give you the option of forcing that update. that was the problem I ran into initially. The instructions are written small, so it is kinda easy to miss.
