I use Outlook but have tons of e-mail that I just don't want to have to fit on my Visor. I just want to be able to compose e-mail at home then send it out through Outlook at work.

Is it possible to configure my Hot Synch as such.

If you only want to send messages, go inside the Mail app on the Visor and go to Options | HotSync options. There are options for send only, filter, etc.
