I wasn't so lucky. My Visor fell off the counter this morning and ended up with a cracked screen. The hard buttons on the Visor work, but trying to touch anything on the screen is a trial-and-error exercise because of the cracks.

Fortunately, the unit was defective on arrival so Handspring Tech Support has already agreed to replace it.

Mine took a leap from my belt onto a concrete parking lot with out any damage. The Handspring Plastic Beltclip Holster saved it from certain doom. The Beltclip had cosmetic damages only. Needless to say, I only use the Holster indoors now.
