I use LauncherIII 1.5.2 for this. Not only does it create an awesome interface for my applications it will display how much memory you have used (or battery voltage).

Cool

If you're using the stock launcher, just click on the Menu icon, then info. It'll show you the used and available memory as well as a list of the apps installed. You can check version and size of each app as well.

If you're using something like GoBar (my favorite) or LauncherIII (another good one) you can select "Switch to Palm Launcher" and then do the above.

Enjoy!

Cool

I had a Palm Personal before and when I hit the Menu Icon a Memory Application would appear enabling me to see how much memory I have. My VDX doesn't have this icon. Any suggestions on how to find out how much memory I have?

Thanks, to the previous message. Figured it out!
