The situation at Handspring is worse than that lame hotel commercial where the moron at the clerk's desk can only say "I'm sorry sir, I'm only authorized to apologize."
After four tries (and who knows how large a phone bill on the non-toll free number) I finally got throught only to be told she was sorry she couldn't help me, as they are "merging their datatbases" and I should call back in a little while.
No explanation why my 9/14 order never shipped, nor why the promised "express shipping" on 10/20 (last time I got through and they admitted they had the credit card number wrong) hadn't taken place either.
I sure hope the @$#%^& Visors are more reliable and hassle free than the rest of the company. Heaven help us if we need a repair, replacement, or return.
