Exclamation

Hey all...
I recieved my Visor Prism yesterday - its great, te screen is so much easier to read than my Dlx. I have a thincom modem which does not seem to work in the prism. Am I the only one having this problem? Is it a known issue?
Also, does anyone know the effect of the battery life on the soundsgood. And just so everyone knows the @ctivelink seems to work fine in the prism.
Anyone have any ideas about the Thincom?
Thanks
-Mike

Are you getting errors or is it just not working?

All programs that try to connect can not find the modem. I have gone through the "setup" that Thincom provides and that does not help. Any ideas?

Check your connection settings and modem configuration in Prefs. See page 200 in the Prism User Guide...

Also, under the network preferences, there is a connections submenu. Select Standard Modem. I think default was -Current-

hope this helps,

Mike
