Hey! What's up?? I used to check my email on my Visor all the time when I was in a hurry. Well, recently...my Visor Deluxe won't check my email at all, (Old or New Messages). Anyone know some options I should check. I have done everything I know possible. I use Windows 2000 w/ Outlook Express as my email client. Any ideas?? I'll try anything.

You may have lost Your email conduit. Check to see if outlook is still your default email handler. Go to the outlook program and under Tools then Options, look under the General tab and make sure it says This application is the default mail handler. If not check the "make default" tab. If this is not the problem try reinstalling the Palm desktop software from the CD.

Another suggestion...
You can try opening HotSync Manager, then selecting Custom. You should see what action the mail conduit is set to perform when syncing. Perhaps it's not listed to be synchronized?
