I can't seem to back up my Prism with the backup module. Anyone else have this problem?

I have a VDX, so my experience won't help you.
But: did it ever work for you? Did you try a soft reset? If not, you might try one either with the module in place or with the module out.

Well, it looks like I may have a bad module. See, I had purchased a second backup module for my Prism (the woman is getting my VDX so I want her to have a backup module too). The new module fails to backup my Prism, but my origianl backup module works in the Prism.

Sounds like a bad module. I have used the backup module with the Prism, Platinum, and Deluxe and have had no problems.

JHromadka,
I think it's a bad module too. I'm returning the new one at lunch for another.
Have you had any problems with the backlight on the Prism? Prior to a hard reset, my screen was brighter and had more vibrant colors. Now, after the reset, it looks kind of dark and some colors flicker.

bad module?
I was unable to get a complete restore from my backup module and am (still) awaiting a replacement from Handspring. I hope the problem is this simple

The backup module I had was no good. Exchanged it for another and all is golden.
