VisorPhone conx to Laptop for dial up access?

Can my VisorPhone cell phone be attached to my laptop device with a serial cable and/or PC adapter card, or in some other way to the modem installed in my laptop?

This would offer a dial-up connection using my cellular telephone and service.

(Just like I was at the Holiday Inn, using their landline, but utilizing MY minutes)

T-Moibile is my carrier.
