One thing which the OmniSky (European) service did well was to provide the ability to do "web clipping". There are a lot of resources out there which are accessible via these little apps. But since I deleted all the OS software, I cannot get any of these web clipping apps to work. Can someone explain what is needed?

I have more or less answered my own question. I found elsewhere a link to SureWave who provide a browser which runs with pqa files. There are tons of those little guys around, but so far I have not found too many that work well.
