Using Icons in Datebook+

I have a Visor Deluxe with Datebook+ that came standard with
the Handspring, is there anyway to use datebook icons without
buying another application (i.e. Actionnames, Datebook4) ??

No, not really.

You would have to buy Datebook 3, which is datebook+, with some added features such as icons. This would be the cheapest at $20.

For even more functionality, you could try Datebook 5 ($30) or ActionNames ($30) as you have mentioned.
