To Do List Won't Appear After HotSynch

Whenever I synchronize my Palm Desktop OS (v.3.1) with my Platinum, the
To Do List items entered (and saved) in the Desktop fail to appear in the handheld.

The Memo Pad items appear in the handheld after a synch, as do updated items from other applications (i.e., TakeNote, Maltin Movie DB), but it�s just no-go with the To Do List items�they never appear in the Log.

I�m running under Win2K.

Thanks in advance for any troubleshooting tips�.

What does the log say, and are you looking at the log on the desktop or on the Visor? On the Visor, you should see:

OK Install
OK Date Book
OK Address Book
OK To Do List
OK Memo Pad
OK <whatever third party conduits you have>

If you change a To Do item on the handheld, does it show up on the desktop (ie., does it work one way and not the other)?

Quickest thing I can think of is to check the conduits on the desktop. Under Hotsync, select "Custom". This will show all the conduits and whether or not they are enabled and their state (sync, overwrite desktop, overwrite handheld, etc). Otherwise you might have to reinstall the desktop software.

I just went ahead and downloaded the
latest versions of the Palm OS and HotSync, and installed those. That cleared up all the problems.
