Have you bought one of those cheap Handspring Belt Clip cases? Did you break the clip off in a week or two? Well, I did and here's how I dealt with it...

Rather than go thru the hassle of returning it to Handspring, and rather than spending all that money on the Vaja case (I still want it...), I went to http://www.theclip.com and spent $9.99 plus shipping on a "Duro-Clip". It's a detachable swivel belt clip and it works great. I filed down the existing attachment points on the Handspring case, cleaned it with an alcohol pad, and attached the button part of the Duro-Clip to the case. Wait 24 hours, and voila! You have a much more durable belt clip on the case. For those of you worried about exposure, you can do what I did which is cut a notch in the "leather" slipcase (so the button is accessible) and slip it over the belt clip case. This should only be a hindrance if you have a really bulky Springboard, as the sides of the slipcsae will stretch a bit to accomodate a less obtrusive one.

Hope this helps!
