Talking

I just lost the feed. Is anyone still watching it? What they showed about the "fast lookup" looked pretty slick. Also Jeff called the edge a "little brick"

I can't get in at all...I have the latest Real Player...won't let me play...also, I can't get back into the handspring website...I think traffic has got them locked up.

I too lost the feed. I think the whole thing crashed. I can't get to the site (says server isn't responding) and I can't watch the webcast or view any of the links to Edge info.

Red face

I guess the response is much more than they expected. Their website seems to be totally hosed right now.

I was able to watch it up through Jeff's demo of the Edge.

I lost my connection when he seemed to start "questions and answers".

(His presentation with "Presenter To Go" looked pretty good).

I also got booted when the demo was about over. Does everyone get booted when a server is overwhelmed, or do some people stay and some get booted?

I really like the fact that the Edge appears sturdy enough (and small enough) to put in your pocket and not worry about it. I carry my deluxe with just the plastic cover, but I hate using that cover, and it is too big as it is, so another cover is out of the question. I was not planning on buying the Edge before, but after viewing the demo I am extremely tempted.

Lightbulb

If I were you, I would purchase the Edge from Handspring. The ability to close that sleek metal cover, then slide it into your pocket is a nice feeling. I have finally found my dream Visor! The sliver color is much better looking in person...damn sexy.
