Thumbs up

Just wanted to give you guys a heads up. I've been using a freeware program similar to Chrome called Khroma. I actually like it better than Chrome and it's my favorite price--FREE! You can find it at handango and palmgear.

Question Khroma screenshots?

Thanks for the recommendation, PurpleMD - saw your first vote/review at Handango too. I was wondering if there was another site that featured more screen shots from this utility (like the selection you find for Chrome). I'm intrigued, but I'm telling you, that sample "Rasta" scheme they've got isn't exactly whetting my appetite!

Don't worry! It comes with at least 10 different themes with names like BeeGutGreen, Blood&Bile, Camo&Ammo, ColorOFMoney, KindaBlue, MellowYellow, MiamiVice, OrangeSunshine, etc. I guess there are more like 20 themes.

I was able to adjust colors and such, but it has no effect outside of the application. What am I missing?

While you're in Khroma --> click menu --> system --> set scheme as default.

This is nice program if only because I can change the perpetual blue into something with a little more variety.

Did that, but it has no effect on other programs.

This is a great program -- the functinality is much better than the Chrome beta I've been using. Has anyone seen any conflicts out there?

Yep...registered this a long time ago (way back in December when I bought my Visor). I just haven't been using it since it's not in color!!

which programs? Some programs don't use the OS color defaults, they use their own. For the most part they match the default colors so you only notice they don't when the OS colors are different. I hope that made some sort of sense.
