www.handmark.com has a new users section that is pretty good.
Using the MemPlug is covered at www.launchplug.com. Using a memory exspansion is THE way to store more on your unit- e-books, etc.
Here is a GREAT resource for using the Palm as a better organizer: http://www.monmouth.com/~mconnick/palm.htm
USING the Palm is dead easy. You already know the basics. Now, the trick is 'how to use it so it really helps me organize/improve my life', and that is trickier. The organizer link above is good for this- several articles, etc. on different ways to actually order the information so it is easier to use and capture.
One trick I have learned is to use the built-in features better. "Find", for example. By using 'Find' well, it matters less where you store the data (as long as it is in the main memory), because it will get found quickly.
I am using the memo pad more and more as a place to jot notes, etc., then using Find to retrieve them rather than spending a lot of time in headings, categories, etc. I also include key words on the address book listings so Find will pull them up as needed (things like 'mechanic', 'doctor', etc.)
The biggest 'trick' to e-books is a good reader that covers all or most of the formats you want. www.memoware.com is about the best overall e-doc and info site- files, helps, and lots of links.
