Visor Modom Problem

Recently I switched from Earthlink to Worldnet.att.net. Now I'm unable to get my Visor modom to connect to send or receive email. I keep getting something saying "unable to establish a PPP connection". had no problems with Earthlink. Can anyone help? Thanks

Have you verified all the settings under Network Prefs? With WorldNet, your username needs to be in the format of <username>@worldnet.att.net.

Mark: I have checked all of those things several times Everything seems to be ok there. Any other ideas? Thanks

Hopefully, someone out there using the HS modem with WorldNet can offer some advice. In the meantime, try browsing these WorldNet threads to see if it's already been discussed.
