I'm using a slipper case but it's really hard to sinc with it on. You have to get it perfect which isn't always easy. I had the case from the beginning so this has been going on for a while. Anyone know of any tips o help? Also what is the difference between the docking cradle and the travel cable? Is the cradle faster?

the only difference between the two is the way that they connect to the handheld. I would reccomend looking at the pictures of teh two at handspring's store to better clarify. The speed is the same on both of the connections because ther both use USB. I had a EB slipper, and noticed that it was much easier to HotSync the Visor if the cable was used.
