Angry

I had my PDA Panache Custom Deluxe for about a month or so when I realized the orange tip was very loose. Well, knowing that the tip was guaranteed for life, I decided to send it back. Needless to say, it's been almost four weeks now and no replacement in sight. I've talked to customer service and they said this is the norm. Just wanted to let everyone know...

One more thing - Before sending my stylus back I realized how scratched my screen had become. I've only used the custom deluxe on the screen since buying my BVDx - seems a little soft to me!

Wink

If the screen and stylus are clean, there is no scratching. The scratches are caused by small bits of dust that are momentariy caught between the stylus and the screen. Get some form of screen protection to protect your investment - - there have been numerous threads on this topic. I'm sorry that you somehow missed them . . .

Talking

That wasn't the norm for me. I sent mine back because the reset pin was too thick. I had a replacement in about a week and they also included a free stylus/pen.
