Question "PeoplePC" ISP Problems

Is anyone else having problems using "PeoplePC" ISP for their Palm OS device Internet access? They recently forced all subscribers to submit to a dialer update that has improved the robustness of PC dialup connections, however, when I try to access their network using my Prism & Thinmodem, I get a connection established (as indicated by the Thinmodem status screen), but Avantgo, MultiMail, Palmscape and other Web accessing applications yield messages relating to "unknown network errors". None of the networking settings on my PC seem to have changed as the result of the dialer update. Prior to the mandated dialer update, Internet access with my Prism and Thinmodem worked every time. PeoplePC's Tech Support says they don't support PDAs. I have another year on my $5 per month PeoplePC deal, otherwise I'd jump ship to another ISP. Any suggestions??? Anyone else struggling???
