This is a brand new Visor - never been sync'd. Trying to get Lote Notes to sync and having tremendous port problems with my NT laptop (IBM Thinkpad 390E).

Was playing around for two hours and everything was working fine. Turned it on later and it was left on the City Time area. I click on it and I got the Fatal Error message. Now, every time I click on City Time I get the "Fata Error: MemoryMgrNew.c, Line: 4128, Invalid handle." The only way out is a hard reboot. Everything else works fine and I don't have any other apps installed on it. Like I said it is brand new and not used.

Can anybody advise me?

Best Regards...~jimd

Thumbs down

Talked to the tech about this. He stated that if a hard reset does not work you will have to send it back in. Bummer Bummer.

What program are you using to sync to Lotus Notes?

I am using Pylon Pro now, but had perviously never sync'd before. I actually solved the problem by doing a hard boot.
