When inserted the 8 mb memory module into the slot, there was no any response on the screen. i had this problem since day 1. as i am an international buyer, to call customer support or to mail back and forth the module will cost more than the value of the module which stop me from contact handspring. does any one has similar experience and has solved the broblem ? thanks
