Does the prism have the most accessories?

Does the prism have the most accessories? I was looking at all of the palm and win ce handhelds and it looks like the prism has the most accessories. First of all they have the springboard with has a bunch of springboards and just about every addon for the palm has a version for handspring prism.

I also noticed that the clie doesn't have many addons at all.

1. are my assumptions correct?
2. what do you think about this?

...Really, your question about "accessories" breaks into 2 groups:

1) Expandability
---Springboard vs. memstick (& sleds).
---Prism wins, IMO. But Sony is catching up. The clie has a modem sled, a camera coming soon, and claims that other memstick add ons are coming as well. However, the Visor Line has much more now. Long term, it's anyone's bet. Some say the Springboard is dying, who knows... I still like Prism's SB over the memstick for now.

2) Accessories
Prism by a teeny, tiny hair. They both have keyboards (visor has more), cases, styli (visor has more), etc. IMO, once the stowaway keyboard is available, the rest is academic (some, like D-R, believe that the best measure of a PDAs worth is whether or not Vaja makes a case for it. )

Verdict: Prism does have more "accessories," now, but the gap is shrinking. IMO, it depends on what your planned uses are. For me, were I starting fresh with no springboards, keyboards, etc, I'd get the Clie. But I've got too much invested in the visor line to jump ship anytime soon.

The Clie is catching up??

You may want to think about that last statement... The Clie is "catching up" in the expansion depatment? Three or four expansion options vs. over 55 for the Handspring? I don't think Sony is even close to the expansion potential of Handspring. And, unless they license the Memory stick IO Free or cheap like Handspring, other companies may not create MS IO devices. Sony may have a few gadgets, but if they do not encourage other companies to innovate, there may never be many options.
