Unhappy

Has anyone had the pleasure of receiving a prompt response to an e-mail sent to handspring?

This is the response to my concerns and my advise for them to check out VisorCentral. I got this within 12 hours and arrived Friday (10/22)in the AM:

Hi Mr. _______,
We apologize for your frustrations. We actually review a lot of sites,
including Visor Central, to read feedback. We also receive countless emails,
phone messages, and even walk-in visitors who communicate to us how well
we're doing. While its painful to read and hear, we listen and we
understand. We're not providing the kind of customer service that we want to
or expect of ourselves. We're working night and day to resolve the ordering
and shipping issues. Today, for example, an additional phone crew started to
help alleviate the wait times on the phone. But, no excuses. Its not the
way we want to do business at Handspring and we'll continue working night
and day to fix the problems.

Again, we apologize for your frustration and we appreciate your patience
Handspring

Yea, I did.

I asked them to credit my debit card because they billed me twice. They told me it would take 30 days. When I mentioned that would not be acceptable they told me to contact customer support by phone. I've been disconnected 6 times today.

I know, I'm asking to much of them because they are a start-up company. I should let them keep my money.

I sent one Saturday and one today - no response from either message. This is really getting frustrating. I ordered at 9:00am Eastern on Sept. 14 (the 33rd request!)and the CSRs don't know why it hasn't shipped. I wish I could hear from a person at Handspring!

PS - there is a thread for those of us who ordered on the 14th of Sept. and haven't received our Visors. . . http://www.visorcentral.com/visor/d...TML/000014.html

My first email to Handspring (NOT the Customer Care form) was answered in something like 7 minutes. My second email took less than 6 hours. Both of these were answered by HS employees. The "Customer Care" form goes to the call center. Maybe that's the source of your black hole...

I got my visor, and I still have not heard back from the message I sent via the Customer Care form.

If they ever do respond it is too late.

Question

staad-

which email address did you use? Two of my emails to the customer care link have been ignored. On the company contact page, there are five or so email addresses. Which one should I use?

Thanks!
