Homer please explain your joke. I'm tired and I know it's funny, but I can't make sense of it....(really, I do have a sense of humor!)
Toolkit, thanks for your input. I actually have two computers running 95 now, my home desktop (Compaq 266, an irksome machine), and a notebook (Fujitsu Lifebook 233, a great little computer). I want to network at least two of the machines, leaving the Compaq for the kids and put the (connected) notebook out in the shop/studio so we can use it to upload photos to our website http://home.quixnet.net/~doitbig/Vi...he/Page_1x.html (dick-richardson, if you thought your flowers were cool, check out these feathers!) and be able to use it for other art/business stuff out there.
Do I have to have the same version of windows running on all the machines?
Can I leave 95 on the notebook and still use it to access stuff off the new computer?
I'm sure these are simply answered questions, but in my neck of the woods, I'M considered the computer expert!(scary! People also ask me for advice on dealing with children too, even scarier!)
Thanks!
FYI, 98SE seems to be the front runner right now.
edited annoying bold text I tried to insert
