I ordered my IVDx online on Dec 14.

I have been checking my order status page on Handspring's web site regularly.

Usually, the estimated ship date stated "4-6 weeks". Today, it said "within 4 weeks".

Does this mean my visor has been shipped?

I dont think that has any meaning in regards to whether or not your visor has been shipped. In fact, I got my order on December 28th, and the order confirmation system still says "within 4 weeks". I think this is just a result of them getting their shipping problems (kinda) resolved.
