Unhappy

I recently received Handspring's E-Newsletter, and there is the following paragraph:

We Need You!
To help us improve our web site! How? Just let us know what you think by participating in an online user survey, conducted by Vividence. For giving us your valuable time and feedback, we'll give you a cool free giftchoose from movies, music CDs, electronics and more. It's easy, it's fun, and it will definitely make a difference. Interested? Click here to sign up.

the link given is http://4at3.net/KC15930171.2025.0.2211 which is redirected to http://www.vividence.com/join/defau...?ref=handspring

But I am already signed up with Vividence! I can't figure out how to get this to work. I even re-signed up, and still nothing. They are supposed to send you an email, but I got squat. I emailed the support folks at Vividence, but still have not heard back.

Has anyone out there gotten this to work?

Just on a completely unrelated note, I found you .sig amusing as I am going to see the ballet version of Don Quixote this friday! I am pretty ballet ignorant, so it should be an interesting experience...

From the web site:

[quote]
At this time, we support Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows ME or Windows NT 4.0 systems.
[/quote}

Maybe for starters Handspring could get a firm that doesn't cater to solely one segment of the their users.

Idiots.
